The book is in fine condition and the price is fair
The textbook is in fine condition and the price is fair. There are more notes written into it by the previous owner than I expected from the description, but I can live with that.

Good for an Intermediate German Course
The Kindle version is easy to use and has some advantages over the print version, e.g. electronic flash cards instead of printed ones and word definitions by just touching the word. The disadvantage is, as other reviewers have pointed out, you do not get a key that allows you to access the video blogs. That works out ok for me because my instructor plays them in class but could be a deal-breaker if you had to view them on your own. (I think you can purchase a key separately but that is irritating when you have already bought the book on Kindle.) The material presented is challenging for an intermediate German course but also interesting.

love saving money on textbooks
love saving money on textbooks, the only flaw about this book is not all the information that's in the "newer" more recent books. On some pages, it might be missing a couple words. Otherwise thriller.

Deutsch
This is the textbook used at German language school - very well planned to learn advanced, conversational German.

Missing words...?
This book had a few vocabulary words that were missing. I got it for my German class at my university, and I didn't have some words that my classmates had, even though it was the same author, edition, everything.

No book code included
Anyone buying this book for their class: It does NOT come with a book code. I bought a new copy, and it came unwrapped, no plastic, and no book code included.

Useless. And I have to purchase another one
The eBook does not have the course key I want even though it's a new book. Useless. And I have to purchase another one.
