Purchased 3/5/25 and battery no longer holds a charge. Great price but wouldn't recommend. Not worth contacting company as the warranty requires you to jump through hoops to get approval and return the battery. Decided to buy a battery from a known manufacturer/distributor. This is a correction to the review I posted in November 2025. I finally decided to reach out to the company in January 2026. I am very impressed with customer service the promptness in which the handled the issue. They requested I send some manufacturing date information and within 1 day told me a replacement was being shipped. I definitely will continue to purchase from them. Their customer service is A+!

If you're like me, you're shopping for this battery because your Verizon box is beeping unrelentingly and driving you up the wall.... It's like a smoke detector... Anyways, if you buy one of these batteries through Verizon or call a Verizon person out to change the battery, it is way more expensive than buying this yourself and simply swapping out the old one. This battery is good. As soon as it went in the beeping stopped. It arrived quickly and did it's job. When this happens again in a few years, I'll come back here and get another one...

I have a Verizon FIOS hub installed in my basement since 2012. I was installed with a battery back up that preserves the function of the hub so that the home phone service will continue to work in the event of power failure. I installed an UPS to keep the WIFI router also powered during black outs. The configuration worked very well during power failures and I can keep surfing the net and using my home phone for at least 40-60 minutes. I have not tried to use the phone or internet past 60 minutes so I can't speak to the longevity/battery life. My Verizon FIOS hub started beeping in year two and the battery was obviously in need of replacement. I couldn't take the constant beeping and I purchased this Mighty Max battery as an economical alternative to the Verizon battery (which costs $78). It is 1/4 of the price for an OEM battery and the terminals fit the original wiring harness without any adapters. Mine shipped directly from the vendor and the form factor was identical to the original battery. I have had one power failure in the one year that I have owned this battery and it seems to work just fine. UPDATE: It lasted just one year; long enough for the warranty to expire. It is value priced but keep in mind that it is necessary to order a new one every year.

Got my APS back up and running like new. Perfect replacement for the old batteries ( 8 years ) that started to dry out. Hope to get another 8 years out of my aps
