Surprised with quality
I bought this for my boyfriend as a birthday gift and then realized it wasn't going to arrive till after, so I attempted to cancel the order and decided to take him to a few different local gardens with bonsai to choose from those. After trying a few shops he didn't find anything he liked and we were going to continue hunting when this surprisingly showed up at my door (I didn't realize the cancelation went through). When I took it out, I wondered if he wouldn't like it so I could keep it (hah), it's super healthy, has a wonderful shape and we both love it (he is very happy with his gift that he did end up receiving in the end ;)

Wow, this is gorgeous.
I ordered with low expectations, but figured it wasn't expensive for the size and age. First of all, it was so well packed. The delivery came later at night and so it sat overnight in 40 degree weather. But once inside, and unpacked, I was blown away at how pretty and healthy it was. It lost very few leaves in the transition and potted nicely in pretty white pot and is thriving weeks later. I am beyond thrilled.

Wow!
I just unboxed and removed the yards of wrap that secured the plant to the box. Absolutely nothing was out of place....perfectly packaged. Not one leaf was damaged. I couldn't be happier with this seller. I'm also very pleased that the pottery is a neutral color. Very satisfied!

Nice, I liked it.
I hope my grandson doesn't croak it. Suggestion, add a couple $ and include a drain tray that way your customer doesn't have to go looking for one.

Great Bonsai
I’m totally impressed by this Ficus bonsai ordered via Amazon from Brussels bonsai. For the money, the size and quality far exceeded my expectations! Excellent packaging and quick delivery as well. Great purchase.

Thanks for the severely damaged, almost dead tree!
Ordering from Brussels is a crapshoot. You can get a beautiful bonsai with minimal damage from shipping, or your bonsai comes in half-dead! I’ve ordered (7) different species of Bonsai from them, & 3 were practically dead on arrival. You always take a chance getting a bonsai shipped, but a company of this magnitude shouldn’t allow this. This Ficus bonsai was shipped when the weather on the east coast was getting slightly cold, but nothing near freezing; it was consistently 45-60 degrees: high 40’s at night, high 50’s during the day. Unfortunately, it came with a slew of broken branches, a ton of leaves in the box, & severely damaged! Again, it’s a crapshoot- 4/7 were great trees that are doing very well & 3 died or were practically DOA. It’s a shame, because their trees are beautiful, but bad packaging can kill a bonsai so easily.
