I covered my hallway so that my cat doesn't piss there. So far it works great. The cats pissed on it a few time and it was so easy to clean. One time, the cat tried to scratch the cornor of the mat and end up scratching the bottom spikes and she hated it. Eventually they stop pissing at the area since I installed the mats. I did connect a several piece of plastic for the 7ft x 7ft area plus hallway. I ordered the one for long carpet, it grab alright to the carpet if you walk normally on the mats. My kids are running and sliding around with their feet and shifted the mats here and there. So I do need to realign the hallway mats every week (1-2inches). Also, the black mat is heavier, thicker, and more durable in my opinion. But they only came with one lenght when I purchased mine. Wish they had more option when I made the purchase. I have a several feet extra. I place the extra mats spikes-side-up to block my cats from entering a certain space. They do hurt human feet as well. So wear sleeper or jump over it. To me it's worth it.

We are using two of these as a litter mat underneath my cats second litter box to protect the carpet. Works great for the purpose we are using as it is a fairly thick, but pliable rubber. It’s easy to clean with just a damp rag and has saved our carpet. Even though I realize this is in no way the intended use of this item. But I’m sure it would work great for workout equipment as well.

I needed to replace a mat under my bench made of interlocking squares because it would slip all the time in my carpet. This did the trick. It's thin enough to work out on, and grips the carpet well. It's not thick enough to provide some "give"or bounce which I didn't want, so it's a stable surface for solid footing.

The product is suitable for protecting carpet under a weight bench. I have no complaints about the material, BUT:I ordered three of the same carpet protection Mats. I opened them immediately upon delivery and laid them out. They are supposed to be 78"X36". However, in my case one is 80 inches, one is 81 inches, and the third is 77 1/4 inches. For my purpose, I have them laid out side by side for a bench press and it just looks dumb all uneven like that.I called the company and asked if I could return the 77 1/4" one with a guarantee that the replacement would be at least 80 inches and they wouldn't even entertain me, referring me instead to Amazon. Amazon recommended I return one for replacement but could not guarantee the replacement would be at least 80 inches.Otherwise they suggested I return all three for replacement but could not guarantee the replacements would be the correct length. Ultimately, I received a small promotional discount to live with them.Cutting the two long ones down is out of the question because its a very durable material and the PIA factor is not worth it.

I needed this to go under my elliptical machine that as off balance due to our carpet flooring. It came rolled up so it was a little difficult to put under my machine alone, so I had to have help, once my elliptical was settled on top of it, it works great. Not super thick, but does a great job and is sturdy so far.

not made for rugs. It's very thin and with the weight of the treadmill it just bends up.would not recomend

I like this carpet protector,as it fits almost perfectly at my backdoor.I can worry abit less now,about the carpet there,getting stained or wet or dirty.I use the backdoor entrance 99 percent of the time,so i feel this will help alot in such a high traffic area.

Love this floormat and it works great under peloton to protect carpet. If you perspire heavy, consider the mat without channels as it will be easier to clean.
