I love these! Almost running out. So i might need to ordr some more. Plesant smell, really makes you sweat, and no burning feeling!. I usually put apply this on then my waist trainer works well together. So worth it. I DEFINITELY recommend this product for anyone doing lots of cardio, wanting to loose some extra weight or just to even give it a shot. TRY IT.

I really enjoy using this stuff while exercising. The first time I used it, I felt my stomach warming up even before I started exercising. I use it with the Sweet Sweat band and have used the band without it and can definitely tell a difference. I don't think it actually helps you lose weight (that's what diet AND exercise does), but it definitely makes me sweat more, which it what it says it does. Also its more of a natural coconut scent, not sweetened and doesn't smell like artificial coconut scents usually do.

I’ve been using it paired with a core compressor and have already lost 2inches off of my waist in a month! This product gets the sweat glands going prior to my workout and doesn’t have a harsh smell! It’s a little greasy and leaves marks on certain materials sometimes, but comes out most of the time!

Well now, this surprised me. I have found that with my Lyme disease sweating helps me to detox better. However I find with the adrenal fatigue i struggle to really work up a good sweat long enough before i run out of stamina. This stuff REALLY helps, I'm literally dripping where i applied it. For fun i decided to put it on my stomach but then also one underarm. The side i applied it on was dripping the entire time, never stinky, just dripping sweat.
