First let me say I bought a book and ate nothing but berries and nuts and avocado and spinach garlic supplements, fruits veggies and I also had d-ribose and l-carnitine. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months (yes 60 days). And I also counted calories every day with MyFitnessPal.So I am not saying this product alone made the changes. But this product is first thing I take religiously all mornings.This product tastes good and I want to keep using it.Comparing June 10 with August 21Cholesterol total 252 - 176Triglycerides 263 - 97HDL 34 - 36VLDL 53 - 19LDL 161 - 121I improved on everything!!!I need to worry about HDL and will ask doctor for medicine for just that.

Due to the nature of this product, I expected the famous burping, fish breath. I have purchased multiple brands of "Fish Oil" supplements and all of them deliver the same problem. However some brands have reduced the problem. This brand is the worst offender I have experienced.Fish oil nutrient supplements have, I suspect, different levels of potency, depending on the processes used and the freshness of the oil. As I burp and dislike the fish breath, I keep wondering which product manufacturer is giving me the best nutrition?

I'm still waiting to see what the end result will be with this. It's now been 4 days that I've begun taking this and I've been having fish burps and a bit of heartburn. If I take it with a meal, it makes my entire meal slower to digest. If I take it with a small snack, then I can taste the fish. There's also a vanilla like smell flavor going on which I don't understand why they do that. Who likes the smell of fish and vanilla combined? I'm going to give it a full two weeks and then come back and update my review.

One of the best fish oil supplements I've ever used, rather expensive so I haven't re-ordered it for a while but I experienced great results using this product. I have since been using the fish oil supplement from sam's club because it has relatable ingredients and nutrient values and is much cheaper.

I’m not a breakfast eater so I was looking for something that I could take without food and 9 out of 10 fish oil pills give me awful fish aftertaste, but this is #10! The lemon makes it easy on the palate and best part, I never taste any fish!
