Insane product with no accurate information about configuration and its suitable applications.Youtube instructions and manual instructions did not match. Tried Care Smart( works but do not retain camera Profile) and Keye apps( did not work)QR codes given on camera and box did not match.Wasted hrs configuring but then camera quality was grainy. Then on top of, there were lags in the camera access methods even when my router, phone and camera in same room, hence Forget about the remote access. Application given did not retain camera profile once detected, hence i had to add it multiple times.... doesn't make sense. Camera lens hood/ head was heating. This is pure Chinese camera with no stability on its use and quality.Thanks to Amazon which is good to have options of returning and claim refunds. Don't waste your money !

it Dose Everything We Wanted It To. Grandpa Is In Assisted Living And We Can Watch Him Day And Night. We Can Even Talk To Him And Remiand Him To Stay In Bad Or Tell Him That Will Be Late For A Visit. Sometimes The Sound That I Hear On My Phone Is Not The Greatest Quality But What He Hears In His Room Is Perfect, I Love That We Can Watch him And Staff Know That We Can Be Watching Them Day Or Night . It Is Worth Every Penny! I Bought My Second One Just Today!!

Not work in low speed. U need minimum 50mbps. And strong wifi.Over all good product .
