A great beer which goes well with most dishes as it brings refreshment and cleansing of the palate. A fruity dryness and conservative use of hops result in the lack of an outspoken bitterness. Complex flavours of spice, orange, lemon and a delicate malty sweetness are balanced by a certain bitterness and refreshing dryness. The Brugse Zot Blond pairs fantastically with fish and seafood. Deceptively light and palate-cleansing.
