Brilliant product. Lasts longer than I expected and for the first time without using blister plasters I didn’t get blisters

So far, so good! I get really painful blisters on the bottom/arches of my feet when I run, and since using this tape, I haven’t had any new ones (though I haven’t tested it on very long runs yet). Just to note – this isn’t a blister relief product, so I have to wait until my skin is fully healed before using it, otherwise I still feel discomfort. The tape is very sticky, which is great for staying power during workouts. However, once you shower, it starts to peel off – not enough to fully remove, but enough that it loses effectiveness. It’s definitely a one-time-use product if you're showering after your workouts, as it’s hard to make them last beyond that. Unfortunately, removing it can hurt if it's partially stuck. You do get a lot of pre-cut strips in the pack, which is great value. I’ve been cutting mine in half because they’re a bit big for the area I need, and that’s been working really well.

Great stuff. Stayed in place and survived a 50-miler. The blister underneath were minor compared to racing without it.

So far this the best product I have found at preventing some serious persistent blisters to both my heels. If I had know about the product when I managed to get blisters walking in new steel toe cap boots I'd have bought them prior to my wearing of them. During a month of very slow healing I used other brands such as Compeed which cost a fortune and didnt necessarily do both jobs as they claim, they were more reliable for healing not cushioning new footwear. Apparently some customers have experienced the adhesive not sticking down like it says so but so far I've had no issues they stayed stuck down for 2 days and could have stuck down for longer I believe, I have been using them with new dual layer blister preventing socks incase the socks dont do as they say. On the whole they prevent blisters from reoccurring in problem areas where your prone to blisters and also support the tendons in the same area of the heel as well as others stated on the information. Definitely worth the money they cost for amount you get.

I kept getting a blister on the ball of my one foot and believed it was a shoe defect - but it happened with brand new shoes too! I now tape the balls of my feet before a run and haven't picked up a blister since - even when using them a coastal hike that included ankle deep mud followed by walking in shoes in the sea.

Sticky comes away too soon. Doesn't last a day. Double up on them to be honest.

Great product and clearly lots of thought has gone into the branding across the whole range of KT Tape which works well, but just curious whether the plastic container within the outer card box is entirely necessary...?

I suffer terribly from heel blisters when I wear sneakers, no matter what I wear or what I do......this pre-cut tape has solved the problem, along with some great new socks I bought on Amazon too. I walked two hours today and not a single hint of a blister forming on either foot. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again!
