Kirkland Signature Glucosamine with MSM, 375 Tablets

I've been taking two Glucosamine tablets a day for years and they definitely do the trick. At one time my knees hurt so bad that they kept me awake at night, even if I hadn't done anything strenuous that day. It got so bad that I almost couldn't do my job and was hobbling around like an old person. (I'm 63; I just don't want to FEEL 63!)I started taking Glucosamie and, after a month, the pain was completely gone! A couple of times I stopped for a week and the aching pain came right back, so this isn't a placebo effect. But Glucosamine does not work for everyone. I'd advise buying and using up a single bottle. If you don't get solid relief after a month, you may need to go to a doctor. I have osteoarthritis in my hands, knees, hips and ankles. I’ve taken glucosamine msm for five years now with very good results. I used to need 800 mg of ibuprofen four times a day to control the inflammation and pain in my joints. Three months on a quality glucosamine supplement and I noticed my need for the ibuprofen lessening. Now, five years in, most days I take 600 mg of ibuprofen twice per day, and some days none.The Kirkland brand is consistently excellent. It’s as good as the super expensive Osteo-Bioflex brand heavily advertised on television.The pills are huge. If you have trouble swallowing large pills and capsules, get a pill breaker for these.

It's an herbal supplement that's supposed to help with anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving benefits for one's joints. Taking these supplements seems to help, but without stopping from taking them....how would one know.Price for the quality and quantity is very competitive.

For the past several years, I've been dealing with Plantar fasciitis. Basically I'd get up in the morning and pain would radiate from my heel across my foot. I'd basically limp for the first 5 minutes of the day until it warmed up. Every time I'd sit for a long period of time and got up, I'd have to go through the same thing again.I've tried stretches, bands, rollers, etc. but nothing would fix it. The pain went away after the initial warm up but it was just annoying to experience that every morning. After doing some research, I finally tried Glucosamine.After 6 weeks of 2 servings per day, my pain is magically gone. Zero pain when getting up in the morning or after sitting for a bit. I can press on my heel and there is no more pain even in the morning. It may not work for everyone but it totally worked for me and I'm a little shocked. It did take a good 4-6 weeks before I started noticing an improvement but then completely pain free.It may not work for everyone but if you have Plantar fasciitis and have tried everything, give it a shot.

Glucosamine conjoin, this is the best price for the quantity that you'll ever find online or in a store including Costco or Sam's club. Definitely will repurchase these in the future from amazon. Definitely recommend them to others for joint issues and pains. Couldn't open up the lid on a ketchup jar, took these pills for 30 days. Now I can take that lid off the ketchup jar without no pain. Definitely recommend them.

Of course none of us know if this stuff works but we take it anyway. If you are like me you do it because, why not? I'm hopeful it helps with my aging knees, and they don't hurt much so maybe this stuff helps? I don't have a control group because there is only one of me and the two knees, and I can't ask my dog because he doesn't talk. Anyway if you're going to use it this quantity (giant bottle) is a fine solution. It's about the same as all the others I've tried as far as the giant pills go, but I don't have a problem swallowing things.

This was a "much" bigger bottle than expected. I was also surprised at the size of these pills. They are very easy to break in half but I actually found it easier to swallow them as is. When I broke in half the rough edges would scratch my throat. I waited to give my review so I could leave me experience with them. I suffer from arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, mild scoliosis and fibromyalgia. I stay stiff and there are days it takes everything I have to get up. I was looking for something to help me move better. I found these cheaper than drug store and contained twice amount of pills. I have been taking these pills for awhile now and I can tell a difference. My right leg was injured last year, sprained knee and strained tendon. I have had trouble with bending it and couldn't get on my knees, not even on couch. After these pills, I am able to bend my knee and was able to get in the floor. Before, I could not get on my knees in the floor. I have never taken any other products similar to this to compare the difference but for this one, I was pleasantly surprised it worked for me. It hasn't been a miracle or nothing like that, my body still hurts but was happy my legs bends better and walking has improved. I would recommend this product.
