Ibanez Maple Wood, Mahogany Wood Electric Guitar RGA Series Standard ?Rga42Fmdef

I’m a huge Ibanez fan and was not disappointed by this guitar. Like all Ibanez it’s not too big and not heavy at all. I have to admit that the guitar kind of feel like a little cheap when you play on it, but for this price it’s still an amazing guitar! The finishing of the guitar the colors and everything is so amazingly well done. I highly recommend this guitar.

La guitarra estuviera excelente dado su calidad en acabados y resonancia. Pero vino con el plug de salida con un falso contacto lo cual mete ruido en el amplificador, así como hay que ajustar la posición a la que entra el cable en éste para que suene la guitarra en en ampli. Muy raro para una marca como Ibanez que tiene mucha calidad en todos sus productos, sin embargo aquí fallaron. El proveedor no se ha comunicado conmigo, por lo que tristemente tendré que pedir una devolución a través de Amazon

Die Ibanez RGA42FM ist leicht, sehr ergonomisch und das Spielen bereitet dementsprechend große Freude! Der Klang ist auch sehr angenehm, klar und hell, und die 5 Pickup-Einstellungen helfen, ihn weiter zu personalisieren. Weiterhin ist das gute Stück natürlich wie auch auf den Produktbildern sichtbar ein echter Hingucker! Definitiv ein Deko-Objekt an und für sich wenn man sie gut sichtbar an der Wand aufhängt. Nun zu den (sehr minimalen) Abstrichen: Die mitgelieferten Saiten waren bereits ordentlich korrodiert (siehe Bild) und dementsprechend quasi unbrauchbar. Für mich war das zum Glück kein Problem, da ich ohnehin vorhatte sofort eigene aufzuziehen, es sollte jedoch trotzdem bemängelt werden. Weiterhin ist das Blue Lagoon Burst Finish zwar sehr hübsch, jedoch mit einigen (nur bei sehr naher Inspektion sichtbaren) Makeln übersäht. Diese werden wohl kaum jemandem, der die Gitarre nicht gerade in der Hand hält, auffallen, es könnte aber dennoch schöner verarbeitet sein. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Gitarre, die ihren Preis mehr als Wert ist!

I have to admit, I was a little nervous at what I may receive being this guitar only cost $399. All of my other guitars cost in the thousands. I needed a guitar strictly for Metal/Hard Rock that would be tuned down. Since I only need that for a handful of songs I didn't see the need to spend a ton of money. I did my research and it brought me to this guitar. After opening the guitar and playing it here's my first impressions. Once the new strings settled the guitar stayed in tune fine. Wish it had locking tuners but at this price point you won't find that. This is the only thing I may upgrade. The neck is super smooth and plays great right out of the box, no setup needed, Amazing! Pickups I though for sure would have to be upgrade but nope, this play and sound great, no need to waste money. Some people had complaints about rough frets, wasn't an issue for my guitar. Such a solid guitar for metal and rock for $399, go ahead and buy it with confidence, plus they look great. Oh and the "paint job" is just laminate. or else that would add a few hundred on to the price tag.

I've looked at a number of Ibanez guitars and after taking delivery of this one I am very impressed with the quality of the build the tone the stock pickups produce. It has turned out to be my main electric guitar.
