I wanted a piece of art and I got a piece of art. I love that it is the real deal, not a photograph or otherwise. You can "feel" the brush strokes. I bought a different painting after this one, perhaps even more beautiful. You must like art, however, as it cost slightly above $100. It was worth it to me. You could do much worse or better, depending on how you like art.

Looks different in different light but always looks majestic. Sometimes the stream is more pronounced, other times, the mountains look rising out of the mists. Colors , though muted, can be highlighted for room decor effect by surroundings.
