Sorry cannot give exact dimensions because this was a present for my sister, but if it helps it is about the size of a "portable" ironing board, about 24" long and 12" wide, but that is an approximation.

Just for home use, not for commercial applications.

Q: Where can I find replacement pads?

I have no idea where to find replacement pads..

Q: can you use spray starch with it ?

Spray starch sometimes leaves a white residue on clothes and starch build-up on the iron surface.
