I just adopted 2 miniature horses who were basically wild. They were both female and both young. The place they had been living was just a huge cow field in south Florida. They both checked out OK except both had "rain rot." Their new home includes a nice barn stall and plenty of covered areas out in the field. One good shampoo with this stuff took care of the rain rot. Now, it may sound like it was a simple task, but getting a wild horse (even a mini one) to stay still enough for a bath, especially a purposeful bath with medicated shampoo, is more of a challenge than the uninitiated might believe.Anyway, this medicated shampoo works great for rain rot. Can't comment on use for any other conditions.
