warm, works great
I am an athletic trainer but have been out of the biz for awhile... my own elbow would not get better and I finally got this. I have used it every day for 2 weeks to get the muscles up and loose before work around the elbow and the pain is gone (lateral epicondylitis...golfers elbow-overuse injury)ok, not all the way gone, but I could not mouse before and now I can go 90% of the day pain free and have started exercising again. Without one arm working out sux.
