Didn’t work for me. Spent hours trying and it just fails.
Good in theory. No matter how you mix it, thick or thin the grout moves around the plunger to the back of the tube. I spent more time trying to get it to work than using it. Ended up using sandwhich bags and cutting the corner. Squeezed it out like a icing. Worked with precision and speed. Never grouting another way again. Plus clean up was a snap. This contraption didn’t work. Maybe with the larger tips and mortar but NOT grout.

This was the best purchase for us !!
We tried old piping bag method first and it was so time consuming, found this online, ordered it and never looked back !! Best dang thing we purchased all year , it’s the easy button for grouting between bricks

Poorly Manufactured plastic components.
Plunger component has a slit that is supposed to allow the plastic plunger to compress and make contacting seal against walls of tube. These plungers are under sized for the tube and have gaps all around the plunger. Slit useless and just adds more gap for the mortar to leak out the back of plunger and make a big mess to clean up. Recommend you don’t waste your money supporting poorly designed and manufactured product.like this.

Do not recommend.
Poor quality plastic for a mortar grouting tool. Need all metal construction. Straight out of the wrapper the grouting application tip is cracked. The metal components are fine, but the primary tips are plastic. Junk. Do not recommend.

Great tool
I love this tool. Saves me so much time grouting and cleaning up.

Does not work as shipped.
I had to add a rubber gasket from a basting wand to the plunger to get it to work a little. The white plunger that comes with it is too loose of a fit, with gaps, and the mortar just moves around it. However, even with this the mortar just doesn't move through the tube in any useful way. Its not like caulk, its like clay.
