I'm not used to having to sit in a wheelchair all day long, but unfortunately I broke my hip in a skiing accident and do not have a choice. I am an extremely active person and losing mobility has been very hard for me. I've never had back pain before, but just two days after my surgery I started to feel pain near my coccyx (the tailbone). I called the doctor and he recommended a memory foam cushion like this. My mom picked two up from the store but I returned both and started searching on Amazon. I'm so lucky to have found this one- just one day in and I am sitting and typing with much less pain than the day before.I'll be out of the wheelchair soon, but grandma has already called dibs on using the erGO comfort pillow next.​

I had gotten to where walking had become difficult due to pain at the base of my spine. I drive about 2 hours each day and found it was after driving that I could barely move. I decided to try this and see if it helped while driving. After the second day - all pain was gone. It has been so amazing that my wife actually got one for her office as well and has noticed a world of difference. Not just in the pain, but in walking we have both noticed our hips and knees feel more aligned. Went to buy another one and currently sold out but will be keeping an eye out for their return!!

The cushion is very comfortable. We have very hard dining room chairs so that’s where I use mine. I will also use it for granddaughter’s volleyball and soccer games.

Perfect for long days at a desk!I sit at an office desk 10+ hours most days and suffer from severe numbness in my legs as well as sciatica pain. Finding this has been a godsend! After just a few days the pain in my back is subsiding and I no longer have the numbness in my legs that I used to. I can even scoot around the office on my chair and it stays in place! I love it so much I am getting a second one for my crappy office chair at home.

This thing is amazing.I have worked at a desk for the past 15 years and for the last 5 years I have suffered from chronic lower pack pain. I even got a gaming chair (although I do not play video games) because I heard it might help. Besides making my wallet smaller (which i guess helped some) it didn't relieve any back pain.I also tried countless other pillows that were either uncomfortable or that kept slipping out from under me. This erGO pillow has worked the best for me. I've been pain free for about a week and it has these little rubber grip things that keep it from moving around.Highly recommended!

Seriously the best cushion everFor those of you who have to suffer every day with lower back pain like I do, you know how horrible it is. I was only working part-time but recently got added to a full-time role so my time sitting down has doubled, I was in terrible pain! But this pillow has worked wonders for me! I even carry it around to all my meetings since all the chairs in the office are crappy. My coworkers may think I am crazy but I don't care- being pain free is worth it.

I'm using it on my desk chair. Only minus is that is moves too much. I always have to adjust it. but the firmness is good.
