this is the best of three popcorn oils ive tried, by far. i love it! flavor is great, the containers are only ok, it's hard to spoon out. but the best part is the overall mouthfeel-- other oils can feel a little waxy, but this is nice and light, even if you like more oil. i will absolutely be getting more when the time comes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works great in our popcorn machine and helps to create the movie theater taste we're looking for. Also, compared to some others, this product is priced fairly and is a very good value. Equallly as good, but much less expensive that some other similar products being offered. Highly recommended.

This makes wonderful butter flavor popcorn but I'd recommend trying to find it locally because the lid does not seal well to the plastic jar. Specifically, the lid won't tighten properly - as soon as it gets tight, it pops loose. There is an inner tamper seal but when the jar is bumped around in shipping, the lid pops loose and the seal isn't strong enough to prevent leaking. I love the product but I hate the packaging. I transferred mine to Mason jars and a squirt bottle to use with a air popper.

Love, love, love this coconut oil! Truly makes a difference in the popcorn taste. You don't need much. 3 tbsp coconut oil to 1/3 c of popcorn,. The 32 oz size will make 26 pots of popcorn, if you used as directed. After popping popcorn put a little butter and salt on it and you've got northeastern Movie Theater popcorn! Delicious! For my family 32 oz size lasts 5 months or so. . Have tried other brands and this one surpasses them all.Melts quickly without burning. No oiliness left on popped kernels. Great quality. This is the brand I purchase whenever I need oil for popping popcorn.

If you want your popcorn to tasted like real movie theatre popcorn, then you need to pop your kernels with this! I have an old fashioned popcorn machine in my home theatre and we enjoy popcorn all the time without the high cost of movie theatre popcorn! Delicious flavor and lasts forever!

The oil is acceptable for popcorn and does not affect the taste in any way. The problem is the plastic jar. The lid is also light weight plastic that will come off in your hand if picked up by the lid. Then you have a big mess.
