Shipped and arrived on time. Very sturdily constructed. I squeezed as hard as I could and didn't feel any of the pegs slipping or moving around, which is good. I have pretty small hands and was pleasantly surprised that this product is not too large. My job involves a lot of lifting and grabbing, and my hands and wrists frequently hurt after work. This is great for getting out any knots and tension. Overall fantastic product. I also bought a pair of cubes, and they work great, too.

these devices are made by hand but come without instruction. it does not work well for feet. it doesn't roll that well, it doesn't feel that good. sometimes i squeeze it, but to be honest, of all the wood things i bought that has that thai weird tool shape, this one looks more like a part of a child's toy. and i can't make heads or tails of how to use it right. is it right to give it a 1. sure, because it has no other real value and it's been sitting on my desk for months. i get more benefit massaging my hands simply by clapping.

Fits nice in the hand. Easy to use. Nice appearance. It feels really great when used across the hands and feet.

Doesn't work for feet at all because it won't roll. Doesn't really do anything for hands either. The wooden doors are loose and move in and out of place. Can't figure out a single use for this piece of junk.
