Too hot to handle
This cup is quite small, even though it’s the larger when they sell. My main complaint is that it’s too hot to hang onto even with the rubber cuff around it. I’m not sure if there’s another solution to protect your hand from the heat?

Like it, just wanted something taller
Smaller than expected, and not microwavable (unless you don't mind a cup too hot to touch). Nice looking and very durable, though; have dropped it several times and it doesn't break.

LOVE my Frankie cup!!
I love my Frankie cup so much I ordered 2 more in a different pattern. Eco friendly!!It keeps my coffee hot but not like a insulated cup would.

This insulated cup has come in super handy...its very sturdy and doesnt leak..it saves the environment as well as time...I'd definetly recommend this to anyone who travels with drinks or walks or really anything...it is easy to clean and reuse.

Top falsl off easily
A Horrid product IMO - the top is not secure to the lid - the coffee cools too quick.
