Very sturdy and looks really nice in brick. Easy turn handle rolls hose up so quickly. Looked elsewhere for a better price and this one was $60 less than my hardware store .

We live on a farm and use hoses often. We've had a blue million reels but they all broke or were hard to use. This one is solid and works well. Pay the extra price and get the best!

This is the nicest garden hose reel we have owned! It’s sturdy yet attractive. I easily hold our lengthy hose and eReels in with little effort. We have had no leaking. I only wish we had purchased it sooner

Positives: Sturdy construction, nice appearance, good hose capacity, reasonable price, no leaks, able to use a standard garden hose as a leader hose, easy installation, comfortable crank handle.Negatives: The included leader hose arrived with a hole punched in it (I chose to buy a replacement from another vendor), the leader hose connection tends to rotate with the reel, which twists and kinks the leader hose (I attached a hefty zip tie to prevent the unwanted rotation), the angle of the garden hose connection tends to put a kink in the hose as it is reeled in (I added a stiffening wrap in the kink zone to prevent that).

Easy to install. Easley holds 100 ft of heavy duty water hose. Please keep in mind that water should turned off before rolling up. Looks great and works great

I was very impressed with the all metal construction of this reel, and an economical price. It has solid brass hose fittings. Installation was a breeze with mounting holes on 16 inch centers.

I've had this for two years now using it daily (fully unwinding and rewinding the hose each time). I have no leaks, it winds easily, and still looks and functions great. It's easily one of my favorite purchases for the garden.I would recommend using a premium hose, as the inner windings will be a bit tight and will probably shorten the life of budget hoses. It's large enough to probably fit a 150 foot hose (I've got a 100 footer that still has plenty of room to grow).Depending on the size and stiffness of your long hose, you may need a second jumper between it and the connection point since the metal connector is stiff and close to the drum. My giraffe hose just barely connects (it is water tight, just a little tough to screw in the first time), so I could imagine any with a plastic guard would have some trouble.Overall, I'm very happy with this one and believe it'll stay functional and beautiful for probably a decade at this point.
