I was skeptical that this could help me sleep but it does! I chew one tablet about an hour before I want to sleep. I usually wake up and can't quiet my mind to fall back to sleep, but this actually helps me fall back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. The taste is tart and not unpleasant and I don't wake up with that hazy feeling that I get if I had taken Advil PM or Tylenol PM. I highly recommend!

My son has ADHD and the doctor recommended this product as part of his natural remedy treatment. It helps bring a sense of calm to him so that he is not bouncing off the walls all the time. That is really helpful in school. It is also taste great so he is always willing to take them.

While these do help me to sleep, they gave me excruciating cramps in my calves. The pain receded within 24hrs of ending this supplement. This side effect has been mentioned by another review here.

This is highly effective in helping sleep and get back to sleep in early morning awakenings. It also can help me with anxiety.

This product is easy to take...my hubby and I take 2 tabs at night about a half to an hour before bed every night. I also take a time released melatonin 1 mg pill too. Usually that will do the trick for me to get to sleep although there are still nights that I will take 1 or 2 quick melt 1 mg melatonin in addition to get to sleep. I still wake up in the middle of the night but it's better than before. Hey it's worth a try...use whatever works and it's not addictive so that is good in my book. My husband gets to sleep with them fine...no issues for him. Taste is not bad you get used to it quickly...takes like citrus. Very easy to swallow too.

I live on this stuff. I take it before work and any event that’s gonna be stressful. I have anxiety pretty bad. This works great for me. My only complaint is that it burns a hole in wallet. I crush 4 - 6 a day. That adds up for sure. But this the quality stuff. The company is great and trusted. I take a few of their supplements.

Got these recommended by my FNP and they have become habitual before bed. Will be getting another bottle since they have made a difference in my sleep thus far.
