Great pre workout altough The knockout 2.0 manufactured in Poland is better. Same thing with proteins. Olimp protein complex is nr1 in Us but the one manufactured in Poland is much better than the one sold here. As for me the one sold in Europe is nr 1 in the world!

This gives good pump without the jitters that’ll last me the whole workout. I’ve tried too many pre workout that taste terrible and has weird texture. This flavor is nice and smooth. I been trying to buy this brand but it doesn’t seem widely accessible in the US. Glad I found it on Amazon. I got the bcaa and glutamine as well.
