Great quality, great cookware!
I did a lot of online searching and read a lot of reviews before buying. I've now had them for over a month, used them every day and can say that I am very impressed. First of all, they feel good. They are heavier than the cheap non-stick ones you see in stores (the ones you pickup and then quickly put down and walk away in hopes nobody saw you looking). Their balance and weight are very good. Second, they distribute the heat nicely in the pan. I don't see any evidence of uneven cooking. Third, they seem tough and the non-stick surface seems to be well adhered. They clean up nicely, even with hard scrubbing - They're tough, as I mentioned. Finally, I think they look good with the matching stainless lids. I leave one out on my gas stove all the time as part of the "look" of my kitchen.

My 4th one!
This is my favorite non-stick wok and I prefer this over the hexclad wok I also own that's double the price, I've been using Analon wok's for 5 years now and every year I throw away the old one and buy a new one. Why? Well, I use it daily and I'm of the belief that non-stick cookware should be replaced somewhat often, especially when run hot like wok's are. If you want a forever wok you'll need carbon steel. I never exceed 400 degrees F but the reality is non-stick does not last forever. Overall this is a great Wok and I love using it. If you're looking for a good high quality non-stick wok I absolutely recommend this one, just keep in mind it is non-stick and you cannot run it blazing hot like you can a carbon steel wok. I suggest 400 degrees tops.

Excellent cookware!
A few days ago I got the cookware set, and boy, it is really beautiful! I started using it right away. Love the shiny lids and the fry pans are just great quality! I used the saucepan and the soup pot a couple days ago, wow! I can make 3-4 quarts of soup or chili and feed a whole crowd! The best part is I don't have to use a big flame with the pans-- they heat up with burners on medium, they don't require a lot of watching! I was concerned that since they are a little pricey, I'd better be doubly careful! But I'll never have to buy another set of pans, with care these will last a long long time! I love the handles, too, they don't get as hot as the cheaper pans do and will never melt or warp! lol...I recommend these pans for every gourmet cook (even the cooks that are just starting out!)

Great Cookware with Poor Customer Service
We were tired of having to constantly purchase new cookware as the inexpensive ones simply wouldn’t hold up to daily use and so decided to look for the best reviewed sets regardless of price. These come up at or near the top of every list we checked out and so we decided to give them a try.The build quality is excellent. They are hefty pans designed to last. The non-stick surface is the best I’ve seen. I can very literally finish cooking and, if done immediately, can simply rinse of any residue from the cooking surface. Nothing I have cooked so far sticks in the slightest. I don’t use metal utensils with them although, as I do see a small, surface only scratch or 2 I do suspect my 12 year old does when I’m not looking. Highly recommend hand washing. The only issue I do have is with the customer service. The pots really can only be ordered as part of the set. I wanted to add a couple more and so tried to contact customer service to see if that would be a possibility. They never responded to my email. If they won’t respond to someone trying to spend more money with the company then I have huge concerns to how they would respond to an issue. With the build quality being what it is, as long as you don’t mind having to deal with customer service in the very slight chance you will run into issues and don’t mind being forced to buy only the cookware combinations the company offers I would absolutely recommend these pots and pans. They are excellent to use and are made to last for years.

Great Initial Quality
These pans looked close to manufacturing perfection on arrival. They seem to heat and cook quite evenly on a hot plate. While I did use butter, the nonstick for eggs seems impeccable. I was able to simply rinse the pan with pressurized hot water to wash away any bits or residue to where it looked perfectly clean afterwards. The nonstick covered rivets are a nice touch and came clean as well. Only time will tell now. They will be babied, used with only silicone utensils, and hand washed with a soft sponge and soap. If they don’t look like I’m going to get the typical 2 years of service for this type of pan, I’ll update my review. So far, I would highly recommend them.

Best Frying Pan Ever
The media could not be loaded. I've been using these 8" & 10" Anolon frying pans for years, sure they only last a year but they see daily use and sometimes more. No other pan compares to the great feel from the handle to the heavy thick construction. It's rather hard to keep the outside looking new once spills get burnt on. I only use them on a gas stove so i can't comment on their induction or electric performance. The nonstick holds up well considering I don't take much care when it comes to keeping metal utensils away from them, I mostly use wood or silicone in them but when making crepes, I peal and flip them with a butter knife. After 12 months they have served me well and I retire them for a fresh set.
