Delicious gluten free pasta
I always want to try new gluten free/dairy free pasta to see which brand I may like more. This is my first time trying this brand, and I really enjoyed it. The pasta didn’t fall apart at all, like rice pastas do. It did take a bit longer to cook, but that’s ok since it had an amazing texture and taste! They weren’t sticky either. Truly one of the best brands I’ve tried! I recommend itPrice at the time of purchase and review 18.95

Wonderful pasta!
As of December 2023, my doctors told me that I need to go gluten-free. I have tried other gluten-free pastas did not like them. This pasta is really good. It has a good taste. It does not fall apart when you cook it. It does take a little longer to cook this pasta than it does regular pasta. as far as the cost , I did not think it was too high. It is a little more expensive, but at least it does not make me sick.

The BEST gluten-free pasta available!
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007. Considering the health problems it caused, there was no question that I would immediately and totally eat gluten-free for the rest of my life. Being a pasta lover, the search was on to find a brand that not only tasted great but was also made from high-quality ingredients. Most (if not all) grains grown in the United States are either directly or indirectly contaminated with glyphosate, whereas most of Europe has banned it’s use (wisely). Not wanting my pasta with a dose of glyphosate to go along with it, I knew I’d most likely have to search for foreign brands of gluten-free pasta. I was happily surprised when I discovered and tried Le Veneziane. Even if I COULD eat regular pasta now, I’d still instead choose Le Veneziane. It’s delicious, and as a bonus it’s not full of dangerous chemicals. I now have a pantry shelf full of many different varieties of this brand of pasta, and I use it at least weekly. Although I can find some of it at Wegmans now, on Amazon I can buy it in bulk and even Subscribe & Save and it’s much less expensive that way, because literally everything specifically gluten-free is always going to cost more. I can’t recommend this brand highly enough.

Spaghetti with flavor...
Really got to like this when I went gluten free to resolve gerd issues and the local store carried their own brand which was dirt cheap but not as easy to find since they stop making it. This brand is one of the few available

Tastes awesome!
Tastes great and very similar to regular pasta. Clumps badly so make sure you constantly stir while cooking and use a large amount of water to cook it in.

Great taste, great texture dried Italian pasta!
Impressed by this gf pasta. I was initially concerned that it was a corn based pasta and wasn’t sure how it would compare to the blended gf flour/rice flour we had been using previously (mostly barilla GF pasta).I found I liked the taste and texture of this better that the barilla. I also adjusted my cooking method as we recently went to Italy and had AMAZING gf pasta and I wanted to replicate the experience here at home.1) salt the water...so it tastes like the sea. I’m not kidding. Look it up. Helps tremendously.2) I add olive oil to the water as well and stir it many, many times. The olive oil did not prevent the sauce from sticking to the pasta.3) Use San marzano (Italian) tomatoes if your making home made sauce. Or buy canned tomatoes that say they come from Italy.4) buy Italian made dried pasta ...like this product. Italian restaurants either make their own or used dried. They know how to make and dry it properly so try to buy Italian made, not just “Italian style” or some fancy Italian sounding name. Check the box/bag before buying. You probably can’t go wrong with any Italian made dried pasta.
