Good product, but crap instructions. At least 3times clockwise, set 'S', counter clockwise passing 'P' and set 'P' the next time around, them clockwise to 'I', and open.Now print that in your instructions!

In my opinion this is the most secure key safe on the market as it is difficult to pick unlike others and the letters must be entered in order.My biggest criticism is it is not as user friendly as alternative key safes. You have to pass the second letter and then stop on it the next time. This makes it harder to crack but also harder to use as cleaners, gardeners etc struggle to use it as it's not as intuitive as a 3 dial combination briefcase style lock.Ideal for your own use with the instructions listed in the other review here kept handy as a reminder for occasional use.Unfortunately 3 dial locks whilst they are easy to use they are also are easy to bypass as are the ones you push buttons. So security wise this is the best on the market. Search YouTube to see how easily the others are bypassed.

Dial does not work, cannot even open it with the factory setting code.
