Awesome radios! They are easy to use and work great for their intended purpose. I wish there was a way to charge the radios without removing the belt clip, but this is a minor issue. The radios are small and light and the earpiece is hardly noticeable when worn.Update 8/27/19: have used these radios for 3 years. You CAN charge the radio with the belt clip attached. The center button goes out over time where it stays depressed or "on" all the time--not good because it transmits when you don't want it to. Was told by Motorola support that it can't be fixed and I would need to buy a new radio. Nope! I took the radio apart (you need a tiny screwdriver kit) and placed a thin circular sponge behind the button to lift it up. It works fine again, hopefully for another 3 years. The headset wires do eventually crack from frequent use leaving wires exposed. I have repaired temporarily with electrical tape. At least the headset is inexpensive to replace. Still a great little radio and indespensible in our office where fast communication is important.

In my small business, my biggest expense is the payroll. By far. So, it only makes sense to maximize our human capital by keeping us all connected at all times (well, maybe except for lunch)... After 3 years of using these, we've never had a single problem,..they're insanely reliable, and that's why I'm back getting yet another one. We have a total of 5 so far, and I'm getting two more.PRO: this is the quintessential force multiplier my small biz was waiting for. -so reliable; we've never even had a battery problem. We would find it hard to do business as usual without them.

We are a wedding professional DJ company that has coordinators and lighting technicians, photobooths and more so multiple people need to be in constant contact especially at those magical moments. This is another unit we bought, and are extremely pleased. We tried many other 2-way radios and were always unhappy because of the distortion or break up of speech. These units have never failed us, even though at times we were beyond the rated distance, and the sound quality is almost perfect. Having multiple channels to isolate private conversations or changing channels to eliminate talk-over from other nearby units is a big bonus.

We use these where I work to communicate with the Hostess, and the managers. It's a great and easy communication method.

The first set I ordered were great! They came brand new in packaging and easy to set up. I reordered them as we needed another set at our office and they came in ziplock sandwich bags! First these are over $200 and should be coming in their original packaging. On top of that, these devices go in your ears and you use a mouth piece. I am to sure where things went wrong!

First, I paid $200 for these. They came in with an open taped box with a Verizon car charger. It did not have original wall charger like others I have bought from other sellers. The Radios seem to work great just like the others. However, I had to go find my own charger for these and this radio may have been previous used.
