Folding Shelf Brackets

Just what I wanted. Seems very sturdy and supportive. Stainless steel is a bonus! Easy to install and deploy.

The items feel sturdy, and were easy to install. I liked the fact that they can fold which leaves the option of building shelves that can be lowered and stored when not in use. The overall build quality of the product was good, and it felt sturdy once installed.

Great product.. adding a shelf on covered screen porch and these bracelets are strong plus stainless.

I bought these to add a front shelf to my Recteq BYB 1200. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. I used a 42" red oak stair tread for my shelf and these brackets hold it up with absolutely no problems. They are also very smooth to operate. One easy push of the lever and the shelf drops easily to the stored position. When lifting the glide easily and lock into place with a resounding click. I would have paid twice what I did for these since they did exactly what I needed them to do. Super value for what I paid. I didn't use the screws that came with them as they lined up perfectly with the existing screws on my Reqteq. However they looked to be stainless steel so had I needed to use them I think they would have been fine.

Get it!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect-perfect!!!! During Summer or simply a hot day we typically place the fan in the window. This is perfect! Because we can keep it hidden by EASILY collapsing it when we don't use it and EASILY pull up when we needed without blocking the window. Priority: keep things looking clean and hidden. For the price I second guessed it because it was cheap compared to other items. However, I was proved wrong and scored ! The only thing required is buying the shelf. We had an old bookshelf that we were going to toss out, but used those shelves.

I utlized these to attach a front shelf to my Recteq Backyard Beast 1200. These brackets attached to the mounting points on the smoke with no modification. For the shelf I used a red oak stair tread from Lowes (Item #: 5995893) and stained/sealed it for protection from the elements. The stair tread fits snugly under the stainless lip of the smoker barrel and it looks great. This is a cheap alternative to buying the stainless steel shelf from Recteq and the only "labor" was finishing the wood and mounting it to these brackets. Highly recommend!

These are strong and well made. They get a three rating however, because the metal is not brushed/ sanded on the punched edging. Since these are shelf brackets designed to be handled and put up and down, the sharp edges are near or in contact with legs or hands when using the mechanism.
