Well I first purchased this product and finally recieved it I was both excited as well as scared. Putting it on for the first time, holy crap, I was super limited to movement. The first day was awkward but as the days progressed it became relatively easy. First I started off with the first hooks, and finally made my way down to the last set. I can see a great difference from before I started to how I am now. I really wish I had taken photos to prove that this product does work. Though if you are serious about a little extra help in slimming down then remember you must also work out and choose your foods wisely. Putting this product on after a work out and shower would be the better choice in my opinion. But I would definitely recommend this product. It's not heavy on the wallet and is comfortable enough. Though it does get warped a bit towards the pelvic region as I have noticed so I would probably also recommend. Changing into a complete out first and then sapping it on. I have already ordered myself the next size down so this time I will be including a week by week picture of my results.

Accurate fit and feels good, I even sleep wearing it.Very marvelous product. Great Crafting. I like the anti-rolling light metal rods on the sides. does not smell from sweat even if you wear it while exercising. Breathable.In regard to some reviewers saying its small I say that depends on the type of your torso and abdomen. If its hard and you cant pull it in I would recommend getting a size up. If it is soft and when you lay down you can suck it in a great deal until your ribs shows I’d recommend sticking with seller size info. or getting a size smaller.Trust me you will have the waist you dream of by integrating this girdle with exercises even without exercises but it will take longer see Kim Kardashian fro reference ;).

Durable and flattened my stomach

I do like it.. Not sure how durable it may be but it looks durable and fits true to size. If you're thinking you want it smaller because you want to be sinched smaller just get your true size since there 3 levels total to adjust and make it smaller as you loose weight
