Light blue hat
Love this light blue hat. Have already worn it and received compliments. The only problem I have is I thought it had a chin strap. It came with some pink ribbon. Not sure what to do with that. It was not too expensive so did not return it. Will use it as long as it is not windy.

Where is the adjustable chin strap?
The jury is still out if I will keep this hat or not---I purchased this one over other hats b/c it stated it has a chin strap. It does NOT have a chin strap. I need a cute hat that does not blow off b/c there is always wind in my coastal/beach community.
