Works well
Used this to cover analog CCTV camera video to HDMI signal and connect to an RF modulator so the camera can be viewed on TV's throughout our building. Pretty much plug and play. Connected camera feed, connected modulator and everything works. I had tried another brand prior to this and it would not work with the modulator. Gave 3 stars for tech support because I did not have to use it... so I really don't know how good it may be.

Power Connector Fragile
This is a great product except the power connector has no mechanical support. It is held in place by two small solder joints on the printed circuit board. Any stress on the power connector will break the solder joints.Raised to 5 stars for excellent service. A replacement was quickly issued for my problem device.

Works well but...
20cm power cable is too short

Great customer service
Bought the product in June but didn't get my security camera setup until a week ago. When I connected it up, the video displayed briefly and then went out. The power light on the converter went out. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a new one, even though it's past the return period. They are awesome.

The Emperor Has No Clothes..
I plugged in 4 cameras, each with its own unique resolution and megapixel rating. From lowest - sub 480i to 1080p 5 megapixel. When testing each camera, I would cycle the power on the converter so that the output LED's on the converter would light the corresponding res/mp - which they did. However, all cameras appeared to produce a sub par 480i picture on the 1080p 60hz Samsung TV. The color was flat and unnatural with light ghost lines on contrasting shapes. Any object with movement blurred up. I imagine the processor in this unit cannot keep up. Connecting the BNC output into a DVR and switching either the 75ohm to HiZ made no improvement whatsoever on the Samsung TV. The Output is a passthrough so picture through the DVR was not compromised. The Lux Pro 8 Channel DVR that the cameras are normally plugged into demonstrates the expected quality, sharpness, natural color at 1080p, 720p and 575p respectively. Conclusion: This converter is a faux product.

artifacting/blurry picture
the product worked as advertised. I was able to take an analog CVBS signal via BNC cable, connect it to the converter and then use an HDMI monitor. Plug and play. The image quality was not very good. While I would not expect a super sharp image when upscaling analog to digital HD, I did not care for the "flickering" effect like it was a 1980's CRT television with white lines rolling through the image. It was hard on the eyes to view.
