You can not simply get better knife for this price. It is a great knife for cheap price. I recommend to buy a good knife sharper to keep it as good as new after each week of use

I work in a professional kitchen. I use this thing every day and I really like it. It's cheap enough I'm not too upset if it gets dropped. Very easy to sharpen and takes an edge very quickly. The handle is kind of chinsey but can look past for price. all around good knife. Recommend.

Ces couteaux coupent très bien et l’affûtage dur longtemps (attention aux doigts, je me suis scalpé l'ongle de l'index gauche en une fraction de seconde)Petit bémol, attention au lavage de ces couteaux, évitez le contact avec les autres couverts car les lames se rayent facilement
