Despite the item arriving damaged, the Torchbearer Oh My Garlic Sauce itself is excellent. I received a refund right away since the product had leaked… it was all over all my other items, which was a huge stinky garlicky mess to clean up. Really good sauce though, I add it to all sorts of dishes, dressings and sauces. Has a very robust roasted garlic flavor and has no vinegar or oily off taste or anything like that.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This sauce is delicious and I’ve ordered previously and had a great experience. This experience was frustrating because the container was open and leaking upon delivery. Amazon refused to give me a replacement. I won’t be ordering again.

I have never had garlic "anything" taste better. Baked garlic. Other garlic aeoli sauces. Garlic bread. Garlic spread on a cheeseburger bun. Roasted garlic thrown into a shrimp dish. Fried garlic. Garlic butter. Fresh garlic in a homemade creamy pesto. Licking the bits of garlic off the knife after you minced a **** ton of it. The smell of a garlicy stir fry as you enter the house after a LONG day of work where you skipped lunch.This is hands down WAY BETTER; no doubt at all.***Just remember to shake any sauce before use... otherwise you'll find it "watery" and write a misleading review.

beware that this sauce basically tastes a lot more like mustard and vinegar and the other ingredients mixed with a lot of oil. not at all a heavy or potent garlic sauce like at zankou chicken, which i'm trying to find a dupe for. overall not a bad flavour, just not a garlic sauce and you need a specific taste in order to love this

I enjoyed this sauce a lot. Did not have any issues with the bottle leaking like the other reviews were saying. I also didnt find this sauce lacked in the flavor department. The sauce is very garlicky (garlic is the first ingredient) so if that isnt something youre into id suggest picking something else. The sauce is pretty thin not like ranch or ketchup consistency. Also not spicy like torchbearers other sauces.

Similar to other reviews, my bottle leaked abit and now I'm unsure if it's still safe for consumption (considering that is says "refrigerate upon openning"). It smells good, but also had a separation (easy fix, just shake it) but also it seemed more liquid than what I've had before. I've tried it already from a mini sampler from World Market, so I know the taste and thicker consistency. Not sure that this matches at all and nervous to try.

We love the sauce. Wish we could get a discount when buying lots of it. Look at the picture for a waste in packaging it. It came with a couple plastic pillows, but nothing near what was needed to protect it in this great big box. C'mon Amazon, get it together and use the right size box. It just can't be that hard to empower the packager to use some brains.

I would have loved to try this product. Unfortunately, I never got to get saucy! The bottle arrived in a small box with little padding protection inside leaving the bottle susceptible to damage. The black plastic seal was intact, but the lid underneath was not fully tightened allowing contents to leak out on the bottle itself and inside the shipping box. Instructions on the bottle say to refrigerate after opening, and while the sauce seemed somewhat safe to try out, I did not want to risk it because I do not know how long it has been open like that.With a strong aroma of garlic the sauce did smell good in my opinion, but again, I was not able to get saucy and discover if this is my new favorite condiment.
