SiriusXM XM Satellite Radio Universal Vent Mount

I purchased 2 of these to have on hand for my 2000 Civic. I find this type of mount useful for keeping my Roady2 in a location that allows for easy use. The Mounts were ordered as replacements for the original mount which lasted about 11yrs. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a quick and easy way install the Roady Series of XM Radios.

Item was what I ordered. It doesn't fit 2014 Ford Taurus ac vents when you connect the antenna, power cord and audio cable. It is too close to the vents to connect them. I will use on another vehicle or give it away.

One of the small tabs broke on the arm as I was trying to move it to a different location. The biggest problem that I have with this mount is more about the vents on my Toyota being set deeper than most other vehicles. You can not get it level and once it is hooked in it is very hard to unlatch. My Onyx fit right on it, but i had to get a right angle adapter to hook up the sound.

I use it for my XM Roady 2 in my Toyota Highlander. It works for what I wanted it to do. It was easy to install and was a cheap solution. I was previously using a light mounted holder but it was bulky and taking up too much room.

After a car accident where the vehicle was totaled I had remembered to get my radio but forgot the vent mount. This vent mount is incredibly difficult to find more so after Sirius and XM merged. I found this mount here at Amazon and it was shipped free and very quickly by the 3rd party IBSM, Inc. After using the mount for a year it has worked great just like my original mount that was lost.

Had to buy this one because my other one went with my car. I still haven't figured out a great way to remove it from my vent after attaching it but I really do like how I can place this over the vent to put my xm receiver on it instead of gluing it to the dash or sticking it to the window.

I moved my Sirius account from my wife's vehicle and purchased a portable radio primarily for use when working. I am public transportation driver and do not necessarily drive the same bus the days I work. This unit works perfectly for my purposes.

I use this for my AudioVox wireless charger. It is a nice mount however in the southern heat the arms warped and then eventually broke. Easily fixed with sturdy wire.
