Works exactly as I hoped, with three minor annoyances.1. The display has plenty of room to accommodate a larger font. I use the combination of speed, time and compass. The speed and time are OK, but the compass could easily be twice the current size.2. User manual has impossibly small printing. I had to scan it and view the scans on my computer. The information is contained is also very brief. It took a while to discover how to achieve the display I wanted.3. Please hire a professional tech writer to redesign the manual and post it with the sales page.4. Does not use polarization--clearly visible through polarized sunglasses.To protect the device from the sun and make it easier to read, I mounted it in a small plastic tray. The display has good contrast, easy to read in daylight. ; Does not use polarization--clealy visible through polarized sunglasses.

I have nonstandard big tires on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler that was causing my speedometer to inaccurately measure mph. When the speedometer read 75, I was probably going closer to 90. Not a good thing! This was a great solution to that problem. It is super easy to install. It has a bright screen that is not too big or too small. It is easy to mount. The only minor negative is that it takes a couple of minutes once you start driving to display the mph. It will show you are going zero until it makes a connection to the satellite. Overcast skies however do not seem to impact it. Great product at an affordable price. Highly recommended.

I'm glad about this unit. It is easily installed. It gives info with apparent fonts that are effortlessly read on driving. It's a helpful esp for old cars with a low or deep dashboard with no digital speedometer. I give four stars for two things. The unit is mounted by a double adhesive tape, which is not strong enough and cannot be transferred easily between cars. That means you cannot travel with this unit or put it in a rental car. Worth mentioned, it comes with one extra adhesive tape. Also, the unit does not show the location on any screen, latitude, or longitude, as written in the above title. You get only the time and the direction, no GPS location. It gives only the number of GPS satellites. I hope next versions care of easy mounting in multiple cars, for travel and care about adding location coordinates.

I upgraded the speed on my golf cart so I wanted a speedometer solution that would be easy to install and not cost a ridiculous amount of money; I was seeing DIY devices on cart websites running hundreds of dollars! No way. This little guy does the job, just wish the screen was a little bit bigger but can't complain since I paid so little. Set up is OK, you need to play with it to understand all the features and how to change settings because there's a lot to digest- but you'll get it soon enough. It gives you a bunch of different display screens to choose from; I'm using the Speed/Time/Direction screen that's my favorite. Speed is on top in large font, time (military) on the bottom left and direction on bottom right in smaller fonts. My wish for the screen to be larger revolves around my choice for display; the bottom left and right fonts are a bit small to easily see. But since this is in my golf cart it's not so far away that I can't make them out. If you had this in a car you'd need it pretty close to the steering wheel in my opinion. Install is simple, I plugged it into 1 of my USB outlets for power. You get a long cord with a cigarette lighter plug; luckily I have lots of extra USB cords so I used one. The end that goes into the unit is a USB type B mini, so keep that in mind. They give you double-sided tape for mounting but it's a bit weak; not a problem I have plenty of my own. Overall this is a homerun if you want a cheap speedometer solution.

It is a solution for a 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid that has NO built-in compass at all. This device works pretty well. I do wish it had a compass heading numerically instead of speed, and a NSEW letter once not twice visible. Due to too much metal in this particular hybrid vehicle, no magnetic compass we tried of many would work. This device uses GPS sensors to gather its data. At its simplest settings, in the mode I prefer, it works well at adding a NUMERICAL speed and small N S E W where-ever you want to place the 2.25 W x 2 inch H (roughly) 6 cm W x 4.8 cm H display. You can get a compass numerical heading but it is within a page of other many other statistics. Not the greatest solution to my need, but not a horrible one either.

I needed a display that gave me distance ,compass and time. This gave me these and more. It is easy to read , speed was accurate with my speedometer. I have had it for about 2 weeks. Sometimes it was a little slow on picking up the satellites could range from .2 to .9 miles. I need this for my work. Thought it maybe do to cloudy days. But yesterday it was bright and sunny and never picked up any satellites. I had 8 stops. Plugged and unplugged it. Left it on for an hour and never registered satellite. That means my distance compass and speedometer did not work. My time did work and travel time worked. 2 of the most important things I needed stopped working. I was so pleased to have found it and when I set it up. But now very disappointed. I can’t afford a 40.00 clock for my car

Worked right out of the box. I purchased it to track direction and altitude when riding my ATV on the hundreds of miles of mountain trails in my area. So far the accuracy has been spot on when compared to known locations, distances and altitudes.I liked it so well on the ATV, I made a separate mount from aluminum with velcro attachments and now it is easily transferable between the ATV & my SUV.

I bought this because I can't see close up and can't see my speedometer, so a friend recommended this and I attached it to the top of the steering column and plugged it into the cig outlet. Provides gps cords, speed, voltage, direction, et cet. Really great purchase especially if you have problems seeing your dash board.
