Everything about this dress simply screams expensive. It's beautiful. My sister is tiny, so we were going to need to alter the straps just tad since they were a bit too long. Instead we just cut them in the back and made this dress a halter! Turned out perfect!!!

I bought this dress in navy 2 weeks before the Black and Blue Ball. I had to order a size 8 to ensure it arrived on time as they were out of stock in my normal sizes 4-6 and take 3 weeks to make. It is a little too big (as expected), but arrived on time despite terrible winter Iowa weather. The material is fantastic and does not look cheap. The skirt has some tulle underneath to help it have a more "full" effect, though I'm sure you could remove it if you wanted it to fall more flat. The top portion has small cups and soft boning sewn in for a bra-like fit. The straps are too long (again, I bought it one-two sizes too big), but should be a very easy adjustment at the tailor. In a pinch, I could cut them and tie like a halter. The back can be tightened or loosened with the lace-up bodice to fit different body types. Very glad I picked this dress and would recommend to others!I'm almost 5'8" and with 3" heels will need to take 1-2" off the bottom.I'm a 34C/32D bust, 27" waist, and size 28-29/6-7 pant.

This dress is excellent and everything ball and grande. I received multiple compliments. It is well executed and strong, beautiful colour and material. Just a great purchase!

Very good quality! Arrived very quickly and is a great bargain for the price. The lace up back makes it easy to adjust to get the perfect fit.

I needed a dress for a black tie optional event and ended up ordering several dresses from amazon that offered free returns. Of the dresses that I ordered, this one was my favorite. However, it ultimately wasn't appropriate for the event as the top was too revealing. I am a B cup so the bodice part fell open a bit. Had I decided to keep the dress I would have cut the straps and turned it into a halter and likely would have gotten lingerie tape to hold the top in place. The dress was very long (which I loved) and brushed the floor when I wore 4" heels (I'm 5'7") It was also a little 'puffier' than I anticipated and one of the inner skirts was hard netting. Had I kept the dress I was considering cutting the netting part out so it would be less poofy. The corset back meant that the dress fit very nicely and I felt absolutely beautiful in it. Ultimately there were just too many little changes that I would have had to make to make the dress right for the event that I wanted to wear it to so I returned it.

This dress is so gorgeous! I am so impressed by the quality of this dress and for the price! It is extremely well made and great material. I will be the maid of honor at a wedding and am so so happy I found this gown!

I bought this dress for adult prom and I really don't have any complaints! The dress was much better quality than I expected for the price. I read all the reviews and many people stated the dress came dirty but mine was definitely brand new and clean. I wasn't sure of my size so I ordered a 14, I usually wear a large top and size 30 waist in jeans. It fit well, especially because of the corset closure in the back. I did need to tighten it pretty much all the way. I also had the straps brought up a little but mostly because I am very busty and wanted to feel more secure in that area, rather than a deep v like advertised. I chose not to get a petticoat because I liked the fullness that was already there and didn't want it to be so ballgown-ish. I got so many compliments, would purchase again!
