This earpiece is excellent. You can hear people clearly when they are on the phone and they can hear you even in fairly noisy environments such as pubs etc. The earpiece also hears voice commands very clearly and quickly which is great when your dictating messages. They are very comfortable to wear and are not heavy. They are easy to charge and the battery life seems to last a long timei haven't had to charge mine very often. They are easy to pair with my android phone and as the earbud can be swiveled in any direction it means they can be worn in either the left ear or the right. Overall they are very good value for money and the delivery is very quick. I was so happy with mine, I have now brought a second earpiece as a gift for someone else.

I found both the sound quality and battery life to be excellent on these ear buds. With the choice of ear bud cover sizes they should suit most people comfortably.Where I encounter a slight problem is in my usage which is aimed at listening to music to help me go to sleep. As I sleep on my side then I find I can only use one earbud depending on which side I am sleeping on; and this varies during the night. The reason for only using one bud is that they become uncomfortable for the ear which is pressing un the pillow; so when I change over to sleep on the other side I have to swap the bud from one ear to the other. When I do get to sleep I occasionally find the bud missing and have to search for it!! :)

I’ve had Beats, BOSE, Sennheiser, JBL the lot. In terms of actual value for money, these smash the rest out the park. Don’t get me wrong, there is absolutely better sound quality versions to be had out there but these do a great wee job. The charging case is a brilliant thing and ensures I won’t get caught without sounds! The sticker with the company name on the top of the case is a banger and poorly applied/way bigger than it needs to be but, that’s my only real criticism. The connectivity, functions and price point really do give these an edge. They also sit comfortably in my ears and mean I can wear a hat without discomfort or awkwardness. I also have small ear canals and have had no issue with these falling out.

Not the best sound quality for me is poor fit is really good made very well but sound is poor too much background noise you have to shout for the other person to hear you in crowded area I’m using it with a iPhone 11 pro max

I've had three different Bluetooth ear pieces in the last three months. One lost and one dropped in the toilet. This is the third one and is by far the best yet it was the least expensive.It's instantly comfortable and fits right or left ear. The Bluetooth range is excellent and far exceeds both the previous units. It comes with three different sizes of earpiece. Call quality is excellent, both incoming and outgoing. It has excellent volume capability. It's fairly unobtrusive to wear as earpieces go. It does have a flashing light but it's subtle and not 'In Your Face' as some are. The battery lasts a couple of days with normal use. You can use voice commands. (Samsung S8).I really cannot find any negatives with this earpiece. Recommended.

Very faulty earbuds, stay away if you still want your ears.Very dissatisfied, the earbud rubber end got stuck in my ear whilst taking them out, had to receive help to remove this rubber from my ear, after started bleeding and loss of hearing.Please stay away as I’ve only had them for few days, plus they need charging after 30 mins use.Sent them back after few days.Look after yourself and definitely would never recommend these earbuds. Bad Chinese made products.

These buds are fantastic. Great sound, great battery life, great looking, great price. They connected to my Moto G6 Android phone really quickly. The only thing I have found is that the delivery was not up to the usual standard and the box is badly damaged. Although this has not spoilt the product, I do like to keep the boxes for storage etc., especially when the boxes are well made as this one was.I can highly recommend these in-ear buds.

Good product use in building, good connected with phone. Not very good use out side, because collected many noise.
