QTP Descriptive Programming Unplugged: Master Object Identification Techniques

Web only
Like another reviewer, I also write QTP scripts for a living. However, unlike that reviewer and I suspect Messrs Arora and Lalwani, my applications are not web based. I read roughly half of the book and put it to the side as I didn't find much in the way of non-web based testing.

A good book although a little heavy on the Object Repository
I write QTP scripts for a living.I use Descriptive Programming exclusively.I never use the Object Repository: it's fragile and has a gazillion drawbacks.Mr. Lalwani, in my opinion, spends way too much time extolling the Object Repository. The OR is the weakest part of QTP.

Excellent book for learning descriptive programming with QTP.
This is an excellent resource for learning descriptive programming with QTP. Most of this material can be used with UFT also.

I really love the book "QTP Descriptive Programming Unplugged
I really love the book "QTP Descriptive Programming Unplugged: Master Object Identification Techniques". It's very detailed and written in a such way, even a beginner of UFT can follow if she/he read it attentively.

Excellent
Tarun keeps putting out quality products that are well explained and well coded. I have learned and used tons of information from this book. One thing I wish would be included is QTP and QC integration and automation.
