Comfortable and really helps aid movement
Bought this for my Dad who was slowly starting to struggle getting in and out of the car but Luckily I found this and he is over the moon. Says it’s comfortable and really helps aid his movement. Much smoother transition in and out of his car. Definitely recommend

Lasted 1 short journey before totally breaking
Got 2 of these for my parents as they are designed to be used in cars, but they can't be used in cars! This lasted 1 short journey before totally breaking up on my Dad, not a small break but totally breaking up making this a waste of money. Might be great if used on solid furniture at home, but no way can this be used in a car. It's a shame as they look to be comfortable, but totally not fit for purpose sadly, so can't recommend these at all.

Not for longer journeys!
Bought this to enable my 93 year old father to access the car for his birthday trip out.Although the swival did help in positioning him in the car,after about 20 minutes he was feeling very uncomfortable sitting on it .. its hard especially for someone who is lightweight. .Also when going around roundabouts or corners the driver must be aware that the swival cushion swivals !!!Not a great success.

Uncomfortable
Did not fit in my car seat (65 reg Skoda fabia). The sides of the seat prevented the pad from sitting flat and as a result the turning motion did not work well. The padding is fat too thin & was so uncomfortable. Felt like I was sitting on hard plastic & I’m only a slight build. I would say to anyone considering buying this, Do not waste your money. Item was returned, even though I need to pay the return postage costs, there was no point in keeping it as it was not fit for purpose in my view.
