This text is a clear, inspirational, and complete study of celibate life with emphasis on clergy and/or male religious' needs and aspirations. I did not find it as helpful for women religious, nor was it a "workbook" type of text. All in all, the book is well written and documented with appropriate sources, but formation personnel in women's religious institutes might want to combine a study of this text with other articles on celibacy written primarily for women and/or by women religious.

Perhaps the best ever written on the subject . Filled with very practical advice for those pursuing a celibate lifestyle. His word of challenge is particularly appropo - you are on your own in finding the way , and a close relationship with Christ is key.
