This is better than a sponge, but I can't see any advantage over stainless-steel scrubber pads or 'balls' or even the copper ones. This doesn't scrub very well because the rings are so rounded, plus it gets muddled up with grease easily and is harder to clean, and costs more.

High quality chainmail square to clean cast iron cookware like nothing else will. Rinses clean under running water. Highly recommended.

I was a little bit uncertain before I bought this product. But after I received the order and used it for a while, I found this cast iron cleaner really worthy! It helps clean the dishes more easily and also keeps the cast iron skillet well. By the way, the product is well-packed in delivery and I’d like to buy this great scrubber again!

Works great doesn't require a lot of pressure.

I store my filtered water in the refrigerator in storage containers (Arrow Plastic 00745 Slimline Beverage Container, 1.25-Gallon). I also use them for lemonade, etc., so they sometimes have a film/residue on the inside.I love them but they have a curved handle that is hard to clean -- until this!!!I put this in and shake it around and ALL the inside surfaces are scrubbed clean.Before I was using small beads (Reusable Stainless steel Cleaning Beads Agents NEW STYLE Flying Saucers shape) and they worked fairly well, but did not get all surfaces because each bead acts independently. (Don't misunderstand -- I use these beads all the time to clean out smaller bottles, into tight corners this large chain can't reach).Having these two cleaning methods available, means I can clean even the weirdest shapes.To clean the chain, just rinse it off and let air dry. I have a small cup in one of my drawers where it and the beads live so I always know where to find them.Great product!
