DK Eyewitness Thailand (Travel Guide) Paperback – November 19, 2019

I've never had this happen. We received the cover but no book.

DK Eyewitness WERE hands down the best travel guides around IMO. Why would they change a good thing? I ordered this 2019 Thailand guide and am extremely disappointed. The information is good but the printing is not. The photos are aplenty, but they are dull and matte, they look like "color" photos you might see in a newspaper. I love the many other titles in this series that I have purchased through the years mainly for the colorful, glossy photos and illustrations. If you purchase DK books because you enjoy the beautiful pictures, this one will disappoint. Two stars for good travel information, but that I can get from the many other travel guides on the market. The photos and excellent illustrations are what sets this series apart! But alas, no more. At least not in the Thailand guide.
