I received e-book instructions on using the wheel and links to video guides as well from the seller, whom I must say is top notch all around!! I bought this abwheel to use at home and have found it a great work-out tool. There is a similar one with double wheels at the gym but I find it difficult and fiddly to use properly. I received this Iron Core set 2 days ago and it has been really good so far. I've set up the bands (which was easy), attached them to the roller. The bands really makes doing the exercises way way easier (and controllable). I don't feel any pressure on my back because of the additional support when I am reaching out (great idea!). This is already allowing me to do plenty of reps and feel the positive effects. I woke up this morning and I could really feel that my Abs got a good workout, so i would definitely recommend using daily!

I didn't get any instructions on how to use it. The videos they are sharing on YouTube have nothing to be with the product and it is difficult to find any kind of information about how to assemble it.It is cheap. That's it.
