Took some practice to learn how to use it efficiently.
Had to take it to top of my garden before switching on or else it really bulges as pressure builds up. Soon learnt the best way and pleased with it now. Like it much better than a solid type one. Easy to curl and store away.

works well but sliced my hands open on the brass fittings
The media could not be loaded. The hose itself works well and the material seems to be pretty good.However when trying to figure out what fitting goes where as the instructions are practically useless, i was twisting the fittings around and found myself slicing my fingers and palms open on all the sharp edges. It wasn’t until i looked at my hands that i noticed the amount of blood flowing from the cuts.If i had known the metal fittings would be so dangerous to handle i would have worn gloves.I’ve never handled metal hose fittings and tried twisting them off before and found my hands getting cut on them.Mostly my fault but at the same time definitely a risk factor if you let your kids dismantle or use the hose without it already being fully setup for them.Overall a great hose and does what it should but it definitely annoyed me at the fact the instructions gave no indication to what fitting goes where which led me to have to use trial and error to figure it out. I’ve now had to abandon using the hose to go and sort my cuts!

Failed within 10 seconds - avoid
I buy loads of products on Amazon and for the most part I’m pretty happy with them. I don’t always leave a review for positive experiences which I should, but here’s a quick one - This was a complete waste of money. Avoid. Do not buy this.I’ve used X-hoses for years and so I’m familiar with the tech and fitting. Once connected and with the tap turned on, the rubber tubing within this hose would not expand at several points and, as the pressure built behind the restriction point nearest the tap, the tubing burst and the entire hose was a just waste.Congratulations manufacturer- your product lasted 10seconds out of the box. I would never buy this product again - it’s just left me feeling like this company have stolen my cash.

Very sturdy construction
Had several of these extending hoses but all failed after a couple of months leaked & split. This design is excellent super strong & easy to use.Would recommend great value for money

Extendable heavy duty hose
Really pleased great for cleaning the car reaches from the back garden to the front of the house no problem

Good hose but not easy to add extension
I bought a second one of these are the original 100ft was short by about 10ft to reach all parts of me garden. The two connectors, one on each hose, did not marry well and leaked when joined. I had to add an additional plastic connector and ptfe tape to get a leak free joint.

Works better than the expensive model it replaced.
This replaced a well-known make that split after a few years and it seems lighter and was cheaper. Time will tell on longevity but this was less than half the price of the one it replaced.
