Great way to add antioxidants to your diet, just mix in with a liquid you're already drinking. They don't completely dissolve but they do pretty good. Taste is mild but pleasant. I like it.

I take a lot of supplements, and Pomegranate is one I've been taking for over a year, it's great for blood pressure control! However, I am so sick and tired of swallowing capsules that sometimes seem to stick in my throat! So this powder is PERFECT to add to some water with other powdered supplements and drink! It really does help with the blood pressure lowering and that makes me happy. :) I would recommend this to others. :)
