Looks good... however you can see and feel that it is not actually engraved.. just printed on. Definitely will not last. This is EXTREMELY misleading because the product description says “engraved.”

So I certainly did appreciate the convenience but for 15 bux I thought that the readability of the engraving would last more than a week. Most dogs wear more than one tag due to local law and rabies vaccines etc. when they rub, the engraving can’t be read. It’s unfortunate. I ended up buying the Persmart one that comes with a clear 3m sticky that protects the contact information.

I'm not like a *regular* dog mom, I'm a *cool* dog mom. 🐶Yes, I asked them to put a swear word on my fur kid’s tag; and yes, they printed it! And I am beyond happy with it! I like the matte black look that sets it apart from the old school military looking “dog tags” and it makes the engraving highly visible and easy to read.As far as durability, I purchased this in April and the photo I took is from July. I specifically waited a couple of months to see how it’s holding up and I’d say it’s doing very well. Our dog is a bulldog so he’s not terribly active but I’ve had no worries about the tag falling off or wearing out.The value is definitely worth it and I was pleased with the number of characters allowed and being able to print front and back (our numbers are on the front so that is not pictured). Would recommend and will buy again if/when the need arises.

I love the color and shape choices. It was very easy to place my order personalized the way I wanted. I love my dog's name could be on one side and his info on the other. It came with a ring to easily attach it to his collar. I was a little disappointed though, I was hoping that by spending the extra money (and this was more expensive by about $10 more than others) that it would last a little longer. As any pet owner will know these tags rub and wear off. In a couple months I've noticed a great amount of wear. I'm not sure how long this will last before my dog's info is no longer legible. Just seems like his rabies tag takes the abuse so much better. Is it because the engraving is deeper? It's possible.

Not at all durable. Sure what I expected but not at all very durable and does not look like it will lastThis is about 2 months wear

ordered the star I just want to say I know I got a tag for a small dog but this is freaking ridiculous for $14 and I don't even know if it's going to last but it almost feels like a flat coated hard aluminum. Just got it today I don't even know if it's going to hold up it's very small. And the reading on it I have my glasses on and I still can barely read it. If you order this try to put maybe less writing just the name of the dog and a phone number and then just an address on the back because what I have put the dog's name my phone number and my address on the front and then the chip number of the dog on the back and my nameand it seems like too much for this little piece. I expected a bit bigger for $14 this is like something you would put on a mini dog or a kitten. Going back on to find something bigger. This piece should only cost $5 little disappointed.

I was expecting an engraved dog tag, so I'm only give it three stars. It's actually just printed on the dog tag, I worry that it will rub off and not stay on long term. We'll see how long it last before its not legible. Until then, I'll try to find something that actually engraves the tag so I don't have to keep ordering.

Looked nice, clear print. But 3 weeks later and both sides (one shown) are getting worn off. The writing is not etched into material, and is just wearing away from likely just being next to another tag on collar! The puppy has not been in any area that could have worn away the writing. I may not have noticed this but was putting on an AKC pet finder tag and saw how much had worn away on the Amazon ordered name tag. NOT worth your pet's potential recovery with this. Get one from Amazon that is etched INTO material, or just get one from a Pet Smart type store for the same cost of $15 or so dollars.
