My doctor suggested me to take this particular one and I trust what he said since I've been a whole entire year getting my bones built back up. He said to take these to keep my bones in good working order.Easy to swallow.

I was referred this mineral blend by my natural doctor to help my kids grow stronger adult teeth after lots of dental problems in their baby teeth. They are small enough my 6 & 3 year old can swallow them no problem!

I have 4 dogs I'm desperately trying to get weight off of. They are giants and when nothing came off after a month of starving them on dry food, I decided to make my own cooked diet. Yes, I used two veterinary nutrition textbooks LOL They suggest 80% cooked meat, 20% veggies and 10% carbohydrates. Although dogs don't need identical amounts of minerals, it's better to give a pill with food every 3rd-4th day, then end up having them malnourished. I have to say, the 4 dogs I'm feeding are able to eat 2-4 cups of cooked homemade food. They are MUCH happier because they aren't starving. The Boxer/Lab dropped 10 lbs immediately. The 2 on cortisone are shiny and can eat more. If you make your own dog food, this is a good option as part of your nutritional supplements. Note: The dogs I'm feeding are 90-164 lbs. If your dog is smaller, please READ the veterinary nutritional textbooks before you give them minerals. Iron and Copper and some other minerals can be toxic in high doses. If in doubt, don't do it. Just give zinc in lowest doses possible every few days IMHO

Three stars are due to an extremely high price for the product considering the LOW dosages of minerals in the formula, far from meeting daily requirements, RDA. So, taking 3 capsules won't be enough for a daily intake, considering minerals low absorbability. As to the overall content, it seems like it is free from toxic components that are listed in the majority of multi-minerals formula on market. No any indigestion or discomfort I've ever felt as I taking them with soups mostly, or during my main meal.

I got it yesterday and took 3 pills. I’m already feeling so much better. Excellent combination and measure of the minerals. Highly recommended!

I wanted to add some minerals to the vitamins I take and this product has them. I will continue to use them.
