Very easy and quick to use. You leave it on teeth for 30 seconds. I find it easier than the whitening strips. I also find that it whitens faster than the strips.

It is not easy to keep the treating teeth out from lip for 30 minutes.

I have been using this product consistently for about a year, I think it does the job, is easy to use. The reason I am only giving three stars is because I do not feel that the results last very long. I have to use it twice a day in order to keep up with the lighter shades I am achieving. Maybe that just has to do with my food intake, however, I will be looking for another product to try soon.

I am not kidding here. I bought the uv trays and used them for months. My teeth just kept getting more and more stained. I finally gave up, but looking in the mirror I could see they were pretty bad. I came across this pen I bought long ago and tried it. 2, Literally 2 applications, and my teeth are white again. I could see the difference almost immediately. Waisted so much time and money and had this in the drawer all along.

I have tried several different whitening pens and this one is definitely the best I've tried. It works well and is inexpensive. A really good deal and well worth the money.
