Was at my niece's house and cutting oranges. My niece had a Mercer knife in the drawer. I started cutting oranges 🍊 and the knife went right through without having to use a lot of effort. I needed that since I started having some nerve pain in my dominant arm. I quickly ordered myself the one like my niece had and plan to order more sizes.

The knife is like all the other Mercer knives I’ve owned, which is great!It arrives very sharp and is very easy to keep sharpened.I’d buy this again, except I don’t think I’ll ever need to buy another paring knife.
