I am a professional dancer and know exactly what works and what doesn't . This is a great product!! It is designed to improve your arch and foot beauty. Also you can use it just to get more range and flexibility in your feet for regular life. I love how the wood feels.I put my foot into it and can just watch a movie or something. Usually I spend around 10 minutes on each leg.BUY This product and you will not regret!!!

I've been using my foot stretcher regularly for about a week and a half and have noticed a slight overall improvement in my ankle and foot flexibility already. Your feet and ankles will feel absolutely amazing right after use. If you suffer from foot cramps, you may experience them while using this tool, so be aware of that going in and listen to your body. I do wish this product came with instructional pictures/text, but it has nothing. Be sure to look it up online other places for visuals and tutorials to be sure you're using it correctly. Overall, HIGHLY recommend!!

Directions would have been nice. YouTube videos are out there do it helped. There is a specific way to twist your leg and position your foot for the proper stretch but with some searching and watching the videos my daughter was able to get to this point after an hour of use. She’s been loving the stretcher and uses it every other day to increase her arch flexibility.

This projector is one if the best ones we ever had. Very light and easy to use. Kids lov Ed it as well.

I would have kept however it doesn’t work well with younger feet. But seems well made.

This is a nice piece but it’s a bit overpriced for what it is. Manufacturing this is likely very inexpensive. Also, this should be used with caution. Not all dance students will benefit from this stretcher, particularly not advised for people with flat arches, overextension or older students as the extra flexibility in the ligaments will actually make the foot unstable.

Very impressed with this foot stretcher! Strong and easy to use.
